In Search of Conveyor Belts
This Mr Fox was in urgent need of rubber belts on the 2nd of October, 11:56am.
We believe he was not indiscriminate to take whatever was available – because the various types of Rubber Conveyor Belts present in the CCBS VAN at the time - remained untouched!
We are truly regretful not to have the opportunity to offer any other products available.
Please feel free to contact us to discuss any conveyor belting enquiries as we would be sad to miss any other future opportunities.

Our New Splice presses for the Lightweight Conveyor Belts
At CCBS Ltd we deal with a wide and comprehensive range of Light Duty Conveyor Belts.
Our recently purchased Aero Splice Press 625 & Aero Splice Press 925 are a welcome all-in-one solution for splicing thermoplastic conveyor belts. It’s already been out on site and used on many endless belts in our workshop. and the general feedback is exceeding our expectations.
The external control box, air pump, or water cooling tank are not required which makes the presses much more mobile and easier to use, not to mention a lot of time saved!
The Aero presses are provided with electric heating and built in air cooling. The splice process runs fully automated. And it is compatible with 220V as well as 110V.

Heavyweight Vulcanising
The SOLO EXPRESS VULCANIZER has proved to be a brilliant necessity for vulcanising all types of rubber belting within 1meter width. It has been out on site with us several times and we are pleased to have made this investment in such a great piece of kit.
The Solo Xpress is smaller and lighter in comparison to our other vulcanising presses. Repairing high elevated conveyor belts and conveyor belts in tight spaces – where manual lifting is required - has proven much easier.
